1. What is your REPEATABLE process?
You must have a repeatable way of running your biz.
It can be simply:

Go to upwork or join a FB group with VAs inside.
Come up with a simple, short task to test their grammar, fluency, etc.
Ask 8-10 to do this test.
Hire the one you think has the most potential.
Train him by walking through previous examples.

So now that you've found people to do all of your outreach and sales, all you have left is your service fulfillment.
