Just thinking about the day I saw the Star Wars and the Power of Costume exhibit that was likely one of the best days of my existence
Alright buckle up it’s thread time. What I loved about this exhibit was it’s pairing of concept art with the actual costumes. *chefs kiss*
Was excited to see one of my favorite pieces of concept art displayed! I’m a Boba stan sorry not sorry
I really appreciated the scope of the art presented as well. Some were sketches, some beautiful paintings. It was such a well curated experience.

Okay the best part THE BEST PART was the Padmè room. We got to the end of the first floor and I was so mad because there was only one of her senate gowns on display. We went upstairs and she had AN ENTIRE ROOM
Really wish I spent the entire rest of the day in this room. A big life regret.
This dress was even more breathtaking in person. Yes they had the whole scene staged with Anakin on the left but Anakin who? I only know the dress.
