and now, as the second wave is upon us - here is a thread of some linked pieces, and some CAN lessons for the Covid-19 response from the first wave

4)We need to use this as an opportunity to connect up the city of islands, re-shape and radicalize our public service and secure a more just and equitable future. Invest in social safety nets and #BuildBackBetter
