Can we have a national conversation about the absolute state of the mental health services in Ireland. We are in a country where mental health services are overly relying on charities. It goes far beyond not having the gym for a few weeks.

4/ And no I’m not being dismissive of mental health concerns. I just don’t believe a gym will deal with the underlying issue of your mental health issues just as a 30 minute trip to the salon to have your nails done will either.
