I hope you don't mind if I give a critique of this episode, because to me it demonstrates how Popper is misunderstood, and the power of his ideas is lost. https://twitter.com/barttels2/status/1333220283264557056
6 min- Good distinction b/t Einstein's falsifiable theories (scientist), and Freud and Marx (not scientist).

BUT, Popper didn't think Freud/Marx were worthless pseudoscience. He thought their ideas, particularly Marx's, were important.
What Popper objected to was the ad-hoc adjustments that Freudians and Marxists applied to AVOID falsification. He especially detested the use of jargon and obfuscation to avoid falsification, (which is exceedingly relevant today.)
Popper is relished by those who want to punish pseudo-science, but Popper valued pre-scientific and unscientific traditions as a source of new ideas.
