It must also include the voices and wisdom of Early Childhood Educators. Another must have is respect and fair compensation for Early Childhood Educators—something that is currently sorely lacking.

The positive impacts of quality ELC are well known. The investment pays dividends. It benefits children. It benefits families. It benefits women. It benefits the economy. What is required is some leadership and the courage to take on outdated thinking. #donewaiting
