Last night my teenage child said

"Everything about life is just fake now. Virtual life. What was 14? Nothing to remember, it was just all fake."

You lockdown people have NO IDEA what damage you are doing to an entire generation.

And she has it relatively GOOD. We allow her to do things... has a wonderful home and family... vacations... private lessons... everything we can do.

But there is a HUGE part of development that CANNOT take place at home. That requires social interaction, mistakes, thrills.

The kids with no home structure-- or worse. This is who we pray for. I cannot imagine the devastation that is being wrought upon them. Many may never recover.

A large % have not signed in to "zoom school" a SINGLE TIME since March. Not once.

What happens to them???

We talk to grandparents. They weep for these kids. They see life being stolen from them. "NOT IN MY NAME" they say -- they beg.

The parents -- too busy trying to hold it together, trying to understand if their store will open again... or if this... is it?

Every politician that enacted these devastating, INHUMANE, racist, anti-poor, anti-child lockdowns without so much as a public discussion of the ASSOCIATED COSTS should be held to account.

It is inexcusable. Drunk with power to do such a thing without thinking of the IMPACT.
