These are dark days for science. Reason, the scientific method, and objectivity are our preferred weapons. We believe thoughtful engagement should drive public policy. But what happens when the powerful abandon reason? We must call it out! So here it goes. 1/
This is the face of technical incompetence and intellectual dishonesty in Canada. It doesn't matter how you look at it, the data was clear from beginning. C-19 was a standard, albeit modestly more severe, respiratory illness that targeted the expected vulnerable groups (age with multiple comorbidities). But Dr. Tam, the WHO, and wayward modelers blew the apocalypse whistle. They ignored evidential gaps and intellectual heavy weights like John Ioannidis and Michael Levitt who said stop. Then came the intellectual dishonesty. Dr. Tam and her provincial counterparts lied to Canadians, implementing a long term "Hammer and Dance" strategy that the populous wouldn't agree to. Waves of lockdowns followed by incessant PCR testing and near useless contact tracing. 5/
For those interested, the "Hammer and Dance" strategy is a fringe epidemiological concept born out of a high school science project. By mid-May, any objective scientist or public health officer would have looked at the evidence and started to unwind the mistake. Dr. Tam and her provincial counterparts failed in this fiduciary duty and in a breath taking sign of inflexibility doubled down on failure. 7/
I believe our public health officials knew that had failed and began to hide that mistake through a continued propaganda campaign, dishonest data representation, and by deliberately lying about the underlying science. 8/
The examples are too numerous to list but for those that wish to dig at data follow @Milhouse_Van_Ho and @ClareCraigPath. Both have documented the collapse of the case, hospitalization and death relationships, a tell tale sign that data collection is being played with. 9/

This death cult of failed epidemiologists and quack MDs believe they can, with trillions of dollars and undying fealty, eliminate C-19. Scientifically, this is a laughable joke but religious zeal will always appeal to the feeble minded. 11/
It is time for those who value reason and the principles of the enlightenment to smash these dark forces and to chain our public health officials to objectivity, data and evidence based medicine. 12/
So press forward with purpose. Mine will be an unrelenting call for a Royal Commission with the teeth to lay legal charges on those that violated the constitution or engaged in breach-of-trust. The truth will be known and it is best to right yourself with history now. End.
