I laugh when people say our ancestors were stupid.

Meanwhile, they wouldn't last 15 minutes in an ancient environment

If you didn't hunt, you starved to death

If you weren't on guard 24/7, you were killed by an animal or other people

Life was a constant struggle for survival
Most people are totally unaware of how blessed we are today

- Clean running water
- Heat in the winter
- Air conditioning
- Climate controlled transportation
- Supermarkets
- The internet

We're the most privileged group of humans to ever exist in the history of our species
Yet, it's taken for granted.

Instead of expressing gratitude for what our ancestors had to do to get us here, we're playing the game of "who's the biggest victim?"

Fighting with each other to see who's more "oppressed"

Hoping to get the trophy for being the biggest loser.
To have time to contemplate the idea of being oppressed is a sign of being privileged.

Your ancestors didn't have time to think about being a victim.

They were to busy building, creating, and trying to survive every waking moment of their lives.

They embodied action.
Imagine traveling back in time and whining to your ancestors that you're "oppressed"

Blaming others for your problems

They'd spear you for thinking something so stupid.

They survived brutal winters and attacks from wild animals

What did you survive? Mean words?? LOL
