A man who admits his porn addiction and is working hard to heal himself is 100x more respectable than a man who makes poor, desperate arguments to deny the existence of this addiction and the harm this does to men and woman.

Another set of replies has been that women are addicted to porn too! Which is true. But men are particularly susceptible to visual stimuli based arousal for which porn/Internet is a perfect poison whereas women are more aroused by an idea (hence the romance novels).

The more salient analogy of porn’s damage to men would be birth control’s damage to women. Birth control drastically increases her chances of not only infertility but also depression and anxiety and the depression medication tends to drastically reduce libido.
