ES&S acquired Diebold, giving it control of 70% of the market, so the DOJ forced ES&S to dissolve Diebold & sell some of its assets. Dominion bought Diebold’s intellectual property rights & warehoused equipment, but ES&S kept most the county contracts = the control. 6/
The Urosevich’s never worked for Dominion. If @HeatherChilders really were concerned about them she would demand an investigation of ES&S. That she and other Rs instead focus on Dominion is a give away. They are not on a truth finding mission. They have a different agenda. 7/
Interview of Bob Urosevich from a few years ago. It confirms that he co-founded ES&S with his brother, then moved to Global/Diebold/Premier, while Todd and a sister stayed at ES&S.
