Now, even many people on our own side keep agreeing with the gaslighting by the lying corporate media:
"If they have this compelling evidence they say they do, then WHY haven't they shown this supposed evidence in the courts yet?"
And the answer to that is very simple.

Trump's legal team hasn't been able to present their collected evidence in the courtroom yet because state level judges on these state level courts keep **DIMISSING THEIR LAWSUITS** without allowing any evidentiary hearings.
You may have noticed @PerkinsCoieLLP's Marc Elias running all over Twitter the past 2 weeks bragging that the Trump legal team & GOP people filing lawsuits are something like 2 for 31 or something in the courts with their lawsuits since the election.
Now, in a **technical sense**, Elias is being deceptive because he's lumping Trump's legal team & those not on the legal team who filed suits on their own all together in one tally.
But in another sense, Elias is essentially bragging how D's **own the state level courts**.

You have to understand the strategy Trump is pursuing here.
He and his legal team knew all along it was going to be heavy sledding in states where the Democratic corruption machines control the governors, secretary of states, state AG's & the state supreme courts.

Conservative media is full of commentators who are pushing two nonsense narratives to you right now:
1. THEY spotted what Soros & other "very stupid rich people" were doing at the state level while Trump ignored it

In fact, Trump is pursuing a multi-faceted strategy with the overall goal of **getting the lawsuits OUT of the state-level courts controlled by the "very stupid rich people" and into the federal court system**.

Because the very-stupid-rich-people-controlled-state-level-courts will not let them present their evidence before dismissing their lawsuits, the Trump legal team is making it's case & presenting the evidence to the GOP-controlled state legislatures.
The initial phase of this was **always** going to be the state-level D-controlled courts dismissing the Trump legal team's lawsuits without allowing them to present their evidence.

The next two weeks is when the second phase of this begins: moving the dismissed lawsuits through the appeals process into the FEDERAL COURT SYSTEM.

WHEN...not if...WHEN...Trump's legal team gets to **actually present it's evidence in a federal courtroom** is when this gets really, really good.

And it very well could be at the end of this road, the climax of this 2020 election could be Trump's legal team presenting it's compelling evidence to the Supreme Court.

When Trump's team puts the evidence in front of this present Supreme Court, it will rule based on that evidence that the federal election fraud committed in these states invalidates the results and remedies be made.
