Voter Machines need to be checked for a build version of Windows (Windows7 Build version 7601/7600) which is not a genuine copy of Windows & enables a 'SuperUser' to remotely take complete control over a machine. Machines can overwrite digital Certificates.

The SuperUser will have access to the operating system similar to a beta version of Windows before production. There will be an X:Drive on the machine (computer forensics can find). Intel Proset is a very powerful tool created by MIT that can take control of devices/networks.

Intel Proset used with other sophisticated tools can emulate hardware modems/routers via software. There is often no need for hardware routers because they can connect to the internet of things connect via a cell phone or other devices.

Man in the middle attack maybe using Stingray manufactured by Harris Corporation. Voting Machines need to be checked for a build version of Windows, Intel Proset and attached to a Stingray like device. These machines can remotely be accessed and altered. @LLinWood
