I've been a huge fan of @theweeknd since The Trilogy (Twenty Eight 
), and have listened to StarBoy more times than I care to remember. Following his @RecordingAcad snub, I was thoroughly bummed. It also reminded me of some of my faves who have never been awarded. A mini thread:

Arguably one of the most compelling and unique artists of our time, the Icelandic has sold over 5 mil. pure albums in the US alone, with very little success on the charts (think her peak was #84). She has done pretty well in the UK and France though.
