Hi, I’m a transgender biologist, specifically an evolutionary geneticist who studies humans.

In humans there are 6 common sex karyotypes: XX, XY, XXY, XXXY, & XYYY. & there are 4 rare sex karyotypes: XO, XO/XX mosaicism, XY/XXY mosacism, XXY/XXXY/XXXXY mosaicism. https://twitter.com/zaelefty/status/1332511814899412993
Mind you, there is also the YO karyotype that is fatal in utero.

There is documented scientific proof of the existence of 11 total sex karyotypes in humans & only 1 out of the 11 sex karyotypes is fatal in utero.

An additional point: gender is not biological sex.
