And more evidence: https://twitter.com/MsGiveZeroFox/status/1334417266117644288?s=20
Biological males have different reasons for using a toilet than a Woman. A bio Male is just going to pee. A woman is going there too pee, change a tampon, her child’s nappy & sometimes to breastfeed. https://twitter.com/MsGiveZeroFox/status/1336811832170991618?s=20
This from those smart and savvy ladies @legalfeminist https://twitter.com/MsGiveZeroFox/status/1313910623542153223?s=20
Their letter has basis in the context of toilet facilities because legally a distinction must be made between men and women in toilets, and separate facilities must be provided for the purposes of the 1992 Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations Act
The EQA says, irrespective of GRC, Trans folk can still be excluded under Schedule 3, Part 7, sections 27 & 28.
And Regulation 20 of the 1992 stipulates that provision must be made for separate lavatories or separate use of lavatories for men and women. https://twitter.com/MsGiveZeroFox/status/1311389362370772992?s=20

Gender neutral facilities are not safe for Women https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/women/sexual-assault-unisex-changing-rooms-sunday-times-women-risk-a8519086.html
And are we just going to forget about incidents like this?
