also, green tea. i drink like 1l a day of green tea with mint and zero sugar every fuckjng day i love it it can helo you burn 100 cals more A DAY (but dont drink it with iron rich food or it won't absorb in your stomach)
sleep for 12 hours im a sloth so its not a prob for me but try to get more sleep bitch
drink hot water before u sleep its relaxing helps you poop and aids digestion
activated charcoal pills : helps me if i binge because it can help w bloating

when you crave something close your eyes imagine the taste in your mouth and you swallowing it. works for me everytime
when you feel bad remember that slow progress is sti fucking progress and that youre a bad bitch, then imagine yourself seeing ur ugw on the scale one day.
brush your teeth immediately after eating to control your cravings and drink warm or hot water with lemon AGAIN BEFORE BED
when working out(if you work out) listen to dark rave music its so good and i always work out harder bc i feel amazing also if u dont wanna work out just put on ur workout clothes and move around the house for bit, it tells ur brain its time to movee and u end up going for a walk
buy a speaker and listen to ur fav music in the shower; and fucking dance!! its burns cals and you feel great after, plus shave your body; ik it seems dumb but u burn more cals growing hair plus you stretch when you shave so its a win win (soft legs after !!)
finish your shower with cold water to boost ur metabolism its hair but at least your hair is shiny after
add cinnamon to your tea!! its amazing for weight loss!! and these things! they're called fennel seeds and bitch they work!
try to sleep in loose clothes or just jn your underwear, you'll feel more rested
wake up early!! this fucking works i was stuck in a plateau for so long i woke up early for 2 or 3 days (like 8~9am) and lost sm weight ??
avoid sugar at all costs AND. diet drinks they make you gain weight after a while
try to do more household chores like washing the dishes, (cleaning the bathroom for one hours burns 72 cals!), changing your sheets.. also share all ur food so you'll have less
dont buy binge foods, seriously. dont take your bank card with you, take just a little amount of money in case you need anything. also think about that disgusted feeling you get after binging.
eat beans they make you fart and you lose weight, cals in fruits veggies dont count, and never purge the cals are immediately absorbed anyway if you feel like shit just cry and go to sleep mwah

mix one egg with spices cover the broccoli with it and put in the airfryer literally chefs kiss
stay off edtwt for one or two days a week or restrict how much time you're on here. it actually really affects how you see yourself. you're always worthy, not just when you hit ur ugw. your worth isn't determined by your weight.
