One random day in the summer we had 400 orders of one product (rose water toner) I almost fainted we only had 100 on hand but another 300 on the way plus it was slower shipping times in the summer and my cosmetic factory just reopened
I learned from that day. We’ll never run out of certain products again. I invested in machinery. MORE inventory. We offer product insurance for lost or stolen packages
The point is black businesses are not given a road map/funding or a clear example to what scaling looks like. Honestly I learn a lot from other peoples mistakes and just being very observant and not saying anything until it’s DONE
