Next, we have the commonly used "until this day" expression, which often indicates that this text was written much later. In this instance why Israelites don't eat something that isn't forbidden in the Torah:

And we see here another instance of "until this day" where one of Rachael's tombs (compare Genesis 35:19 to 1Sam 10:2), both of which are maintained today, and neither have the ancient marker made by Jacob.
