Here's my take on today's situation. The boy's artistry and message comes first. But the numbers cannot be ignored either. Especially now when they have truly entered and are competing against the mainstream artists. Our end goal here is to make LGO and BE successful. +
Not just for 1 week but as long as possible. That takes strategy and critical thinking, keeping all factors in mind. We were able to keep dyna on top for multiple weeks, because it was 1 song. All sales and streams were focused on it. +
Repeaking/staying high every week doesn't simply mean adding a few sales/streams to previous weeks higg numbers. You have to start from ZERO every week and go high. Which is not sustainable for long without industry support. +
Because target sales remain same/similar , but both funds, and number of accounts/ avenues to buy it from decrease rapidly. We could do it with dyna coz as our sales decreased, radio play, gp support on sales/streams increased. +
LGO doesn't have that luxury. On top of that, it's not a single. It has an album with it.
- Sales/streams are already divided.
- no remixes
- restricted to Max 4 buys/transaction.
- BE has to be kept high on charts too +

Because 2 weeks on #1 and then biggest free fall of the year is worse, much worse than having their English single ahead while LGO stays as high up the charts possible. Remember, dyna is going to take a VERY small portion of funds to stay high. +
So supporting it doesn't hurt LGO too much. It's not an either/OR. Both can be supported. Remember BE as album too. They added dyna to BE, to use its popularity to propel BE higher. +
You can ask why not release multiple releases for LGO like for dyna. But wouldn't that take away from the boys artistry as well. Let's face it, Remixes are a tool for numbers. We already have a tool for that -dyna. They can release remixes that they want and not HAVE to for nos.+
We take cues on from BH, right? Consider this -
1. They lowered dyna price again
2. They didn't release new remixes
3. They release only 1 version of album
What does that tell you? +

To me, it says use dyna to support BE.
With LGO we have following limitations
- iTunes accounts exhausted. New have to be created but can have only 4 accounts per payment method. Which a lot of people would have already done.
-Amazon - can buy a set every 24 hours +b

But we don't know how much of it may get filtered out.
Hence we need new buyers. Which remeber was Task last week itself. Having funds but no buyers is useless. +

Based on above, Consider following numbers for a second
To get 1 album unit = 10 tracks. Which we call a TEA.
-iTunes = (4*8)/10 = 3.2 TEA from 4 NEW accounts
- Amazon = (7*8)/10 = 5.6 TEA in 1 WEEK!
- LGO on BH = 4*5/10= 2 TEA in 5 trx
- dyna on BH = 40/10 = 4 TEA in ONE trnx +

Look at foll nos too -
Let's say dyna needs 40k for #1 and LGO = 160k. (note. Not actual figures. Very ballpark for ease of calc.)
Dyna - 30k = 30x0.69 =20. 7k$ and 750 tranx.
LGO - 160k = 110.4k$ and 40,000 transactions.

Also, Which scenario is acceptable :
LGO #4 and dyna #15
Vs LGO #6 and dyna #1
My point is, OF COURSE we support LGO first. But if it becomes evident that we may not be able to repeak. Then we May want to consider sacrificing a few spots of LGO to push dyn on top. +

And also think about what's best for longevity. Dyna isn't going anywhere from gp conciousness. It has too much support. LGO indeed only has us. So we have to play it smart. Having LGO, dyna, BE playing high in the charts give more time for gp to get exposed to LGO/BE +
Instead of LGO/BE very high and then freefalling. We can't simply go by brute force sales anymore. To stay competitive, we HAVE to stay organised, be willing to look at facts and have a strategy NOT JUST A WISHLIST. And we need to stop jumping to conclusion and attacking people!
Here are early estimates from BHF after 1 day of tracking(they are closing their acc after refunding the money). Such numbers are instrumental in tracking our progress. Without this we will now be going blind. Hoping we are on track.
