In the "Collection of materials for the description of localities and tribes of the Caucasus" of 1897,author of the article V.Devitsky in the article "Gardening in the city of Erivan"lists the names of different fruits cultivated in Irevan.Most names are of Turkic origin:
Agha-Gormaz-Chief/master won't see
Khalili-Tatar name(Azerb-is were called Tatars in RUssian sources of 17-18th centuries)
Kırmızı kishmishi-red kishmish (dried grape)
Askeri-name (also means Soldier in Azerbaijani)
Some Turkic names of areas,such as river Zangi(currently Razdan)
Khanim Gubaghi - a woman's belly (Aze lang.)
Tulki-kuyrughi - a fox's tail (Aze lang)
Kizil duyma - golden button (Tatar [Azer.] women such buttons on their clothes)
Karim-Kandi - Karim's sugar
Eddiveran - yeddi-seven, veran - giving (in AZE)
Dana gozu - calf's eye
Shaftali -peach in tatar [AZE]
"..in the city 4 types are cultivated, all of Tatar names"[Tatar-Azerbaijani in Russian sources)
Chardakhdan-chikhma-alcha - alcha from chardag (attic-eng)
Gokcha -green alcha
Type of plum Khatin-barmagi - woman's finger (AZE)
Ceviz - walnut (Turkish).
Type of walnut "Katan Koynak" which means " linen shirt" in AZE. Name indicating walnut's thin shell.
Kara and kirmizi-kilas - black and red cherry
Badam - Almond in Tatar [AZE]
...and many many more fruits with TUrkic names. Only a few armenian names are mentioned as alternative names. Reminder: all these fruits were cultivated in Erivan, current Yerevan, Armenia. All you really need to know about its local population and history of #Irevan. #Azerbaijan
