Seeing a lot of schools continue to play games while dealing with positive COVID-19 tests and close contact tracing.

The NCAA suggests a 14-quarantine for all close contacts. How is half a team that practices and plays together not a close contact?
This is why I keep saying NAU’s game against EWU is being postponed or canceled. NAU has told me they would abide by NCAA suggestions. So ncaa says 14-day quarantine, then they will do it.
Yet, there goes EWU which reportedly had less positives this week than NAU (that we know of), and it will play WSU with a shell of a roster just to get the money from the game contract. Meanwhile NAU canceled its UA game and is trying to reschedule.
**dammit. More positives at EWU
This thread inspired by @pschweds DMing me the ncaa “guidelines” that are totally optional cause nothing makes sense.
