Courier (Hakobiya) is a VERY FAMOUS AKUDAMA with 745 yrs of imprisonment. It's quite impossible not to know him especially that he's in the most wanted list and his face is being flashed everywhere. Yet Swindler acted like she didn't know him.

Second, her first encounter with Cutthroat (Satsujinki).
Cutthroat is the top wanted Akudama and has a whopping 967 years of imprisonment so more or less, he 'knows' things.
He was hesitant at Swindler at first but then saw something upon talking to het that changed his mind.

From what I can see, Cutthroat prolly saw Swindler's true nature behind her Ordinary Person facade and thought it was beautiful. Just think of a wolf in a sheep's clothing.
And watch at how she responded to Cutthroat's confession. She didn't entirely reject him.

Swindler defending the kids from the Doctor could be seen as normal. Only if she wasn't doing it to get the kids' and the other Akudamas' trust then probably betray them after without them expecting.

Next, on Episode 8 they were supposed to buy food. Swindler used her seal to pay but it was actually already a tracer for her so the government would find her when she uses it.

Being in Akudama Era, she should definitely know about the seal tracing possibility already. She's now an Akudama yet she still did that. So it was definitely on purpose.

While I can't be sure what it symbolizes, it's obviously not normal. But it indicates that she has deeper root than we imagined.

Lol Swindler getting obvious at this point. Akudama are like super criminals so it's natural for people to fear her post & make them move out of panic. The Government would then try to calm down the civilians to avoid unnecessary bloodshed.
