With Joanna Cherry's idea today I will only ask the 7000 backers of the #peoplesas30 this question. Do you want to pay for this case to establish the competency of the referendum bill and the competency of Scotparl to legislate for a referendum, 7 times?
Because you might not be aware that's what SNP politicians are proposing at the minute.
Why? You financially backed the #peoplesas30. Your tax paid for the legal counsel of Scotgov, Scotparl and UK Gov.

Because certain individuals with influence seem intent on tipexing your case out of history and doing it all again under a specific party - it would mean your tax money would pay for all of those lawyers for a second time. I just thought I'd point that out.
And just another wee nugget. Every elected representative in both parliaments have had the option from the start of proceedings to ask to join as a litigant. Everyone one of them opted out, because like myself as named pursuer, they'd be liable for costs.
But I guess it's easy to talk a big game and do what you want when it's the taxpayer footing the bill. I'm just saying! Some people might be annoyed by this, but that's just the fact of the matter and people have a right to know.
