The only one of the #Eagles trio of failure that I can see a case for keeping is Wentz. Doug has shown fairly comprehensively over five seasons that he’s not going to create a Top 5 offense so why carry on down that road? (1/3)
Howie’s just terrible. His failure in terms of acquiring young, elite talent is almost unmatched in the league. There are few teams in the league with such a dearth of young cornerstone players. Even his much vaunted cap skills have caught up with him. (2/3)
Wentz contract means he’d around next year anyway and unless Hurts has improved dramatically since Oklahoma then he’s not going to be the answer. Feels like you have to give him a go with another HC & OC. All bets are off if they’ve got a top 5 pick though. #Eagles.
