Being aware of the way that your unique energy impacts other people is definitely a love language.

Learning about your unique energy signature and the frequencies that you run is a beautiful way to deepen in intimacy.

It allows you to understand yourself better and know how sacred your energy is.

I used to notice I had this particular effect on people and it wasn’t even about anything I was actively doing. And I eventually realized it’s just about my energy.

And this made me want to learn everything I possibly could to understand what exactly was it about my energy.

One thing about my energy is that it’s very catalyzing and activating.

This means for people who wanted to be charged up its amazing. But I also that if I am not careful I can “fry” people.

The best way someone described my energy was that it’s extremely dynamic.

That dynamism explained why my energy was always so polarizing for people even just from me being present. Because that type of energy brings things up in people regardless if I was intending to. This in turn allowed me to not take people’s reactions to me personally.

Prior to understanding about my energy signature and how it activated people I used to try to turn my energy down.

I would try to lessen how dynamic it was or make myself small. Because I did not know what to make of people’s reactions to me, given how sensitive I was.

Now that I know how to work with them I feel so blessed to run the particular frequencies that I run and I understand my energy as sacred. I would never change it to fit in or to be less polarizing. This is why I also say I absolutely trust when someone does not resonate with me.
