I’m always more impressed with someone who is skillful at shadow worker than at light work.
A shadow worker understands that exposing someone to their unconscious requires great skill, if the intention is accountability.

They also know how to read the signs to determine if someone is not ready versus if they simply need a different approach to integrate their shadow.
A skillful shadow worker does not allow someone else who is unconscious to trigger them into unconsciousness, distortion or lack of clarify.

They stay present, neutral in their awareness, without an agenda, simply as a mirror. Ready to make the unconscious conscious.
