assuming this is from billie’s view, she is asking why they’re not running from her, why they’re not intimidated by her (she might’ve threatened to expose because she said no once)

what do they know? we know that the government knows everything so at this point billie is curious about how much they know about her in order to prove her worth.

‘come here’
creepy addition to the song to induce suspense, providing perspective in what she is experiencing and how the elites are inviting her over to the famous side, hence the ‘come here’.

lyrics: ‘say it, spit it out, what is it exactly you’re paying ?’

billie doesn’t really know what’s going on, she’s being kept in the dark so she wants them to ‘spit it out’ (harsh implication).
what they’re paying her is not money so she wants to know what they want from her to be paid

(assumption: selling of the soul, sacrifice, possible flesh eating or extreme acts of self-torture which will be related in the next couple posts.)

she is actually considering being famous rather than her own morals and the possibility of her being dead if she does something wrong is in the air. OR,

she is thinking about suicide because she knows she can’t escape THEM, so her own way out that she knows is suicide. she’s drinking the impossibility down, the pain down and she wants to drown and kill herself.

lyrics: ‘step on the glass, staple your tongue, bury a friend, try to wake up, cannibal class, killing the son’

billie had agreed to be famous and she had to go through extreme measures. she stepped on glass, stapled her tongue, ate human related food, killed a boy, buried a friend.

lyrics: ‘listen
keep you in the dark, what had you expected? me to make you my art and make you a star and get you connected? i'll meet you in the park, i'll be calm and collected but we knew right from the start that you'd fall apart’

billie hears someone telling her to listen to what they’re saying otherwise there will be consequences. it was obvious that being famous comes with extreme steps so she should’ve expected it in the first place. billie is internally sensitive so she is falling apart.

lyrics: it's probably somethin' that shouldn't be said out loud, honestly, i thought that i would be dead by now calling security, keepin' my head held down bury the hatchet or bury a friend right now.

she thought she was going to be dead by now,

because she possibly refused to participate once she learned the trials of being famous, but soon found out that she would be killed if she refused, therefore she accepted the consequences and became famous.

she obviously owes somebody and sell her soul. she can’t say no cause she will be killed. her limbs are frozen, a metaphor for the fact that she’s stuck and she can’t escape the true reality of fame. she is in shock, unable to remove her vision from the true reality of fame.

careful, another creepy undertone effect to the song to add suspense and somebody telling her to be careful and not to do something wrong otherwise she is in trouble.

ADDITION: outofshadows video implies that evey celebrity has to publicize a satanic symbol to show their loyalty to the agenda, billie’s instagram following was 666 for a long period of time,

it may sound like a reach but it is not coincidental considering the fact she is branding the whole symbolism of satan in the most subtle but unnoticeable way.
