It is true that there were 1,823,148 absentee ballot requests in PA, but THAT WAS IN THE PRIMARY. And unlike Trump and his allies, we show our work: https://data.pa.gov/d/853w-ecfz/visualization
So there's only two possibilities:
1) The president doesn't know the difference between the primary and the general election, is too lazy to google it and has no one around him to tell him
