I cannot get my head around why restaurants regardless of there size, are not reopening in December. I don’t buy into the public safety excuse/stance some are hiding behind. If a restaurant doesn’t want to reopen that is completely their own decision 1/3
But please don’t claim it’s for safety reasons. My educated guess is it’s purely financial and that’s fine. But by claiming it’s for staff and public safety it is undermining all the rest of the hospitality sector. Who have worked tirelessly campaigning and put in enormous 2/3
Amounts of work, time and effort to enable to reopen extremely safe controlled environments. I hope every restaurant pulls through this crisis safely, but please be honest. Stop spouting public safety as cover for personal gain! 3/3 ✌🏻
