Probably time for my annual "please consider not buying plastic throwaway toy shit that isn't recyclable & will only end up in landfill for Xmas" tweet but it's been a tough year and I'm not sure soapboxing is appropriate, so why not link your fave plastic-free toys/paper below:

I really, really take issue with fast plastic and the disposability of toys which are nearly entirely non-recyclable and the packaging alone constitutes 25,000 tonnes of plastic.

If your kids receive toys they don't want or they have some they've outgrown please consider donating to your local toy library - these places are a godsend for my friends with children
