Unfortunately, we live in times when the villains and evil doers are being portrayed as heroes. There are so many books, serials, movies and news stories that portray the bad guys as victims and ultimately as heroes. Ravana, Duryodhan and Karna are such examples .
And there has been increase in number of people that sympathise for Karna, main reason being the false narratives of TV shows. In this thread I will try to debunk as much false notion of Karna that most people that are influenced by these narratives have.

Being abandoned is no excuse for being mean to others –
Lots of people in the Mahabharta were abandoned at a young age – Bhishma,Kunti, Krhna, Krupa & Krupi, Vyasa etc.Karna was abandoned at birth.Lots of others were too. None of them persecuted good people in favour bad people.

2. DRONA DENIED TEACHIG KARNA-

4. THE KAWACH AND KUNDAL DAAN-
When Lord Indra asked Karna his Kavach and Kundal he agreed to do so with a condition of getting Shakti viz., the divine weapon. So is it really considered daan? No.

6. BRAVADO IN BATTLE- Bravado in battle –

He was also defeated by many warriors including Arjuna Bheema Satyaki Abhimany and Gandharva Raj.
7. DEATH
He was NOT unarmed. In the final fight, Arjuna had actually managed to rip Karna’s armor to pieces. Karna was already seriously wounded with multiple arrows having gone through his vital organs. He was so rattled by then that he couldn’t think straight.

Foolishly he tried to get the wheels of his chariot out. Hence, there was actually no need for Karna to pull up his chariot, as Arjuna was fighting from the stationary chariot. It was either his ego or over confidence - that played the trick !
To compound matters, he was so rattled (probably remembering his misdeeds and realizing that his end is near) he couldn’t remember how to use his celestial weapons, whatever he did use (goes to show that he had not forgotten them) was answered and countered by Arjuna.
And the at the end, he had to face the same fate that was destined to him. Dharma prevailed with the end of adharmis. And this was necessary! Stop sympathizing for him
