A friend once write a book on "How To Avoid Cultism in University" and was trying to sell it to SS 2-3 students in Secondary School and failed miserably.

When he came to me for help, I told him those people DO NOT care. That book spoils the potential fun they want to get when... https://twitter.com/etomikash/status/1332576884278824960
they get into University.

I told him they won;t buy it, as he now saw.

"Who will buy it then?" he wondered.

I told him, "Sell it to Parents. They're the ones terrified their children will become cultists when they get into University. They'll buy it and make the kids read it".
When he did that, and started going to Churches on Sundays promoting the book, rather than going to Principal's offices everyday, the sales took off, and he sold thousands of copies.

Marketing and sales are most times a simple case of sitting down and applying commonsense.
