The prosecutor said the conditions of the plea deal offered were that he plead guilty to some charges and testify against his ex-girlfriend.

According to the prosecutor, the parents knew there was a likelihood that their baby would survive through the labor caused by abortion pills—just like with some of the fetuses targeted for organ harvesting at @UCSF.

Their infant was found in a trash bag the following day.
The #ReproductiveFreedomAct, introduced in the #NJLeg last month, would ensure that infants like him never receive justice. If that bill was law, and there were no texts proving his mother saw him moving, it would be ILLEGAL to investigate the cause of death ( #S3030, Section 28).
