THREAD: I haven’t touched politics bc I needed a break/SCOTUS should refuse 2 hear the election litigation by 45* as an initial matter. So many resources have been wasted & ppl r @ risk litigating this w a pandemic. It’s frivolous & anti-democratic. 1/
Every atty signatory to these pleadings should be disciplined as well as the plaintiffs. My standards r highly elevated as a lawyer myself & I have had a client want me 2 do something illegal & I refused & I got fired for it. These claims are not supported by any facts or 2/
evidence. This was admitted in court by the attorneys themselves. That’s against our oaths & ethics & was an action designed PURELY to be irritating. For this, sanctions and discipline are required IMO. The lower court opinions have been lighting bolts for justice & it’s been 3/
both enlightening/refreshing/The recent SCOTUS opinion re covid n NY-the flagrant partisan/religious reasoning is grotesque/shameful but on brand 4 the majority/We shall remedy this w a law-abiding admin. Stay strong/Our country is tougher than weak-minded greedy imperialists END
