"you're so sensitive." no, a huge adhd symptom is easy irratation and anger
"stop moving so much" (used with adhd tics) we cannot help it
"you're weirdly obsessed" "shut up" "you talk about ____ too much" when were talking ab our hyperfixations
"you're so lazy" this is self explanatory
"just try harder and maybe you'll understand"
"you're overreacting" an adhd symptom is emotional dysregulation, we can't help it
"you're annoying" "you're so oblivious" "can you stop forgetting things for once?! just try harder. it's so easy" this is pretty self explanatory

"stop getting upset over little things/stupid stuff" again. we can't help it- we get frustrated easily
"don't be so loud" when upset and talking to others I tend to get loud on accident, or sometimes when I speak I'm generally very loud, it seems like a common adhd so I put it in
"adhd is just being hyper all the time. not being not able to focus" while being hyper is a symptom, adhd isn't just that and that stereotype isn't good. that's signifying that it's what all adhd is when it isn't just that at all
