Most of the people I’ve encountered who say that they want this to be legal but not decriminalized? Are highly privileged sex workers who very much have an air of “let’s keep out the riffraff” in their arguments. And that’s not cool. (I’m not saying *everyone* is that way.)
In my opinion it is not really possible to put in place NOW a system wherein some women can legally fuck for money and some women can’t. That’s just not a place you’re going to get to legislatively, in 2020.
