Who was Fakhrizadeh and how did he continue to maintain & advance Iran’s latent nuclear weapons program? Iran’s archive told us much about his role, pre- & post-2003:

Study w/ Albright & Heinonen: Breaking Up and Reorienting Iran’s Nuclear Weapons Program https://isis-online.org/isis-reports/detail/breaking-up-and-reorienting-irans-nuclear-weapons-program/8
Fakhrizadeh in meeting minutes from October 2003, just before Iran announced suspension of enrichment “The general aim is to announce the closure of Project Amad…special activities will be carried out under the title of scientific [know-how] development."
Then National Security Advisor Rouhani told the IAEA that a decision had been taken to provide the IAEA, “in the course of the following week, with a full disclosure of Iran’s past and present nuclear activities." But we know that didn't happen.
Flash forward: A seized Iranian document shows that, later, several key nuclear officials, several of whom are known or suspected to have been in the AMAD program, were in place as leaders in [SPND]. IAEA in 2015: the organization "was established by Mohsen Fakhrizadeh."
Iran's nuclear archive shows a clear plan to reorient and conceal the regime's nuclear weapons program and continue research after 2003. That is why the Obama & Trump admins sanctioned the latest oversight entity, SPND. The attack removed its head.
