The only person I can think of is Jean Chong of #Sayoni. We don't always agree but I respect her a lot for everything she's done. But she's won so many awards, maybe it's time to recommend someone new. Also as a general rule, it's hard to recommend new folk when most are not likely to want to be in the public eye. I can only point to orgs, like say Wares not Warehouses who set up a mutual aid sheet.
The folks at the @thetprojectsg and @ProjectX_SG for their tireless work during this pandemic. TransgenderSG for publishing a hell of a paper on trans people in Singapore for the UPR. @_sayoni and Transbefrienders have done some heavy lifting too with financial aid and workshops
And if I can say... every queer person who's an essential worker and isn't getting paid as much as they really should be during this pandemic.
