Haibane Renmei is a beautiful coming of age story about finding a reason to live, happiness and yourself. In just 13 episodes it's able to touch such themes like it's nothing, and they hit, hard. Heartwarming in one episode and philosophical food for thought in the next one.
With a great cast of characters that keep you entertained there's not a moment where you stop enjoying this series, whether is because they make you think or they make you laugh.
This series made me cry, made me laugh, made me think about myself. It's a deep series, specially in the second half of episodes, it's great at making you feel a wide range of emotions.
Haibane Renmei taught me that I'm not alone, and that I deserve to be happy.
