But a Government that rules the people by decree is not a Government at all

Can they place in camps or restrict to their homes Muslims. B/C we are at war with them as they did to Japanese in WW2

NO

Can Government decide your lively hood is non-essential to the Nation

NO

You see what is not being addressed are the Constitutional LIMITS. That allowed our Republic to exist at all

4/ Some may think wait its common sense to keep sick away from the healthy.

And you are right. But that duty RESTS with the individual. Our Government has no power to impose it.

I know @realDonaldTrump knows this based on his actions. He refused to order people do this or that

So the question before us is simple. Can a state violate the Federal constitution.
The answer is no

Can a Private Company violate our Constitution
The answer is No

The President IMOP should declare a national crisis based on these facts
