Japan (pop.126m) had 3,184 cases, but also included workplaces, care homes, music venues & healthcare
Hong Kong (pop.7.5m) - no data
Seoul (pop.9.9m) had 246 linked to nightclubs.

And to add to this hospitality venues in the U.K. were adhering to all of the stipulated guidelines issued by the Govt.
