So people don't get tested because they can't afford to discover they are infected, and they can't afford to discover they are infected because they can't get hold of Government support to deal with the consequences.
If the Government did a little less of lecturing us to do the right thing and a little more of supporting, then less people would be wandering around spreading the infection and we might not have some of the worst death rates and economic figures in the world.
