Start with the fact that hopefully cripples Hannity-type conspiracy theories: The judge who wrote the brutal opinion throwing out Trump's efforts to get an injunction to stop Pennsylvania certification was appointed by Trump.

Now that judge rips Trump's "fraud" to shreds.../1
...as the Trump Judge, Stephanos Bibas, says repeatedly in his opinion, while Trump & Giualiani scream "fraud!" in tweets and press conferences, when they get into court - where Giuliani could be disbarred or jailed if he lied to the court - they admit they have no fraud case../2
...so in appeal, Trump and Giuliani scream the Trumpian "NOT FAIR!" because of little doodles in Pennsylvania law that they now don't like, although Trump loved them in 2016 (gee, what was the difference?) But they offer no evidence of any inequity. Thus, the case was futile.../3
..."futile." Not "oh, fraud fraud fraud! Unfair unfair!" Futile. That means, cannot be won. Can't prove. Trump judge says futile.

He doesnt stop there. Judge also says the "poll monitor blocked!" is not a real claim. And in fact, monitors aren't even required by law..../4
...and again, look at the words from the Trump judge. "No strong likelihood of success on the merits." "These claims cannot succeed." Not a close call.

And just to underscore, judge says again: No monitors required (but they were allowed), and all other claims are whining.../5
...but this is the best. The Trump-nominated judge slays Trump and Giuliani, pointing out they want to throw out 1.5 million votes *when they have zero allegations or proof of fraud or wrongdoing in any of those votes"..../6
...the Trump-appointed judge also notes: Trump and Giuliani don't want to throw out votes across the whole state because "unfair!" - they only want to cherry pick democratic-voting districts and only throw out votes there DESPITE no evidence or allegations of fraud anywhere.../7
...& just to make sure that Trump/Giuliani get the message: The Trump-appointed judge says Biden won by *so many votes* this case is not like close ones (such as Bush v Gore.) The 2nd complaint, if filed, would not survive a motion to dismiss, the Trump-appointed judge says.../8
...what this shows is, while Trump thinks judges he named will fall all over themselves to appoint him king, they wont do so based on ridiculous claims and others made only in tweets and press conferences. There is no fraud, there is no wrongdoing. So says the Trump judge.
