1. The following commentary is some insider information about what the likely course of events will be moving forward regarding exposing and correcting the massive election fraud.

5. The Trump campaign lawyers cannot work with the US Attorneys on the JIATF, as that would be a Hatch Act violation. That is why Sidney Powell has been very vague about what she knows.

6. However, once they get past a motion to dismiss in Federal Court, I am pretty sure they can request supporting evidence from the USG in discovery.

7. During discovery, a very well-prepared package of material from a certain US Attorney gets delivered to both parties. This is why the media is claiming no evidence, because they know the most damning evidence, the real smoking gun stuff, won't come out until then.

8. But you don't need all the evidence to file a civil suit. That is what discovery is for.

9. So here is what I guess might happen as far as the courts go, although there are several variations because two states are doing recounts right now, PA is doing an audit and GA governor just said there needs to be a new audit of signature matches so this changes by the minute.

10. The current PA case in Federal District court gets fast tracked by Alito to US Supreme Court. That case is about violation of the constitution when authorities other than state legislature change the time and manner of elections.

11. If it is won, and a certain # of votes will be thrown out on PA and there will be precedence set that will affect all future recounts.

12. Some Trump/RNC vs a local election official case gets fast tracked in the first state that certifies without an adequate recount, most likely in GA, but maybe MI or WI.

13. This is the case where the discovery documents from the US attorney shows up because it will claim voter/election fraud. They will request that the states election results be decertified and a hand recount in that state must be made.

14. Within the discovery from the case above, there will be enough information to establish that there was a reasonable basis in fact and law that a nationwide effort to cheat on the election occurred.

15. At that point, Trump Campaign will sue the Biden campaign, probably in MI or PA in Federal District court. This may not even make it to SCOTUS, as the evidence and additional discovery will be ugly by this time.

16. The suit will request that most or all the state election results are decertified and must be recounted by hand. Then, and only then, does this move into the criminal phase.
