-Legislature drafting joint Resolution to "uncertify" election results.
-Clever: Res does not need D Gov signa.
-Back Up plan: Legislature also considering "emergency powers" (never used) 2 void "law" stripping SOS of cert powers.

-Senator Mastriano asks for people to call PA State Senators and Representatives and ask them to support joint resolution to uncertify results because the "election results are corrupted".
