im watching AT:LA rn and they're speaking about the power of fire and it got me thinking about it im terms of astro right because my brain is annoying and makes connections out of nowhere. ANYWAY let's talk fire (a mini thread)

one of the main things that they highlight is how overpowering fire can be. without discipline, fire can get out of control. fire can be a source of life but it also can be the destruction of life too. now fire signs have a water 12H. 12H is the place where things don't feel

like we have control of them. all of the succedent houses represent a part of our lives that we cannot control. following the angles, the core parts of ourselves that we mould over time, there's this feeling of always being lost with these houses. now with water

there's matter of the subconscious and overall our deeper intentions and feelings. water 12H have this feeling as if their emotions are their biggest hurdle. emotions cannot flow naturally because everything just seems heightened, like it's caught up in the mist or fog

here is wherein fire signs struggle is not letting those fears and intensity overcome them. having an earth 2H tells us that they need to learn the power of stillness and establishing something concrete to the world. its finding that holding so that you can receive what you need

fire needs to have a source. it cannot be alone. it has to take in order for it to give. but that doesn't necessarily mean something bad. life is a cycle of equivalent exchange and we need to learn not to give too much or take too much. it's a lesson of moderation and control

and resting your feet within the soil and reconnecting with quiet.
