In early hours of 28 April 2018 Joanna Bailey was found unresponsive in her bed at Cawston Park later confirmed as death by natural causes referred to as SUDEP.

1) Facts surrounding case CPR not administered prior to emergency services arriving 2) inconsitent observations 3) careplan not accessible to staff
