With the adoption of modern technology to hold an online conference and to vote but only as a delegate, it seems at odds with full democracy to disallow all members of the party to have a vote or present ideas for consideration.
In the interests of fairness, equality and respect to all members it is now time to embrace technology as a strategic enabler of fully transparent democracy.

If it is possible to accommodate 500 in a conference vote there will certainly be economies of scale to deliver the same opportunities to all members in future. Small access fees should easily cover costs and perhaps even augment the party’s funds. The other improvements....
