Peak Productivity 🔥

I’m never at the same level of productivity all day, & my most productive time may be different from yours. Figure out when you’re at your most productive, & plan your schedule around that to really get the most out of your day! ~thread~
Take a few days to reflect on your energy levels. When are you super energized & focused, & when are you lethargic? How long does that energized period last? At what point in the day does the work part of your brain shut off?
I’m at my most productive from 10am-noon. Breakfast perks me up, & my brain wants to nap as soon as I eat lunch. To take advantage of that, I put my most important/laborious tasks in that 2 hour window. If I really need to focus on something, that’s when I do it.
That also lets me put all my boring tasks (ex. answering emails) at the end of the day when I have less energy. Schedule your tasks around your energy! The work still gets done, but the energy required of the tasks matches the energy you have at any point in your day. 🦒
